Project Description

Susan contacted us to help when her previous developer team left her in the lurch with an unfinished and error-prone site. We swooped in and quickly re-authored the site on a new platform (from Squarespace to WordPress), and updated some UX/UI and SEO issues which were affecting the site’s performance. We also setup a measurement plan to capture key valued actions (KVA’s), something we do for most of our clients.

We’re happy to report Susan’s site now is stable and increasingly effective at helping start conversations and relationships with potential clients of her leadership consulting services.
